How do I remove Tradesignal Online Charting and install it again?

Why can I not open the maximized version of Tradesignal Online Charting in a new browser window?

Why is it not possible to save the current chart or to browse through 'Charts overview'?

The problem might be that you are not logged in yet. The charts are not saved locally on your computer but on the tradesignal.com servers. You have to be logged in to get access to 'My Charts'.

Why can I not run Tradesignal Online Charting in my browser?

There are different reasons why Tradesignal Online Charting is not running. It might be one of the following:
  • The current safety level in the browser settings does not allow ActiveX elements.
  • The browser does not support ActiveX at all
  • You are using an older version of the Microsoft Internet Browser
